The story begins as Rancho, Farhan, and Raju reunite years after their college days for what is meant to be a simple holiday visit. Farhan, now a wildlife photographer, has returned to India for Christmas for the first time in several years, while Raju arrives on a short break from his engineering job. Both have been invited by Pia, who reveals that Rancho is secretly organizing a Christmas program for the children in his remote mountain village. Farhan and Raju decide to surprise him, only to discover that the village is struggling after a severe snowstorm that destroyed supplies and damaged the small school Rancho built. Their cheerful reunion immediately transforms into a shared mission.
Rancho, though happy to see his friends, is overwhelmed by the challenges facing the village. The children need winter clothing, the school needs repairs, and an upcoming regional inspection threatens to shut the place down entirely. Farhan and Raju quickly join Rancho’s efforts, but their old habits resurface—Raju panics under pressure, Farhan gets overly distracted, and Rancho continues to rely on unconventional ideas that baffle everyone. Their humorous arguments and improvisation echo their college days, blending chaos with creativity as they attempt to save the school before Christmas.

As the villagers prepare for the holiday celebration, problems multiply. A key delivery of supplies goes missing in the mountains, the generator fails, and the children lose confidence in the event altogether. In the midst of the crisis, the trio encounters an old colleague from their college, now a government officer, who unexpectedly has the power to influence the inspection. His arrival creates tension, reopening unresolved memories and rivalries from their student years. Rancho’s insistence on honest, hands-on solutions clashes with the officer’s bureaucratic approach, offering comedic and heartfelt moments.
Determined not to let the village down, the three friends embark on a dangerous trek to recover the missing supplies. Their journey mixes humor, nostalgia, and physical challenges, showcasing their loyalty and how far they have come since their days at ICE. Along the way, they rediscover the meaning of their friendship, acknowledging how each has shaped the others’ lives. Their teamwork, though chaotic, brings out the best in them, reminding viewers of the spirit that made them inseparable.

Upon returning with the supplies, they rally the village to rebuild the school in record time. Rancho teaches the children through playful experiments, Farhan documents their efforts to inspire donors, and Raju uses his engineering skills to solve the technical issues. The community unites, transforming the damaged school into a symbol of resilience just as the inspector arrives.
The Christmas celebration becomes a triumph, filled with music, heartfelt speeches, and the children’s gratitude. The inspector recognizes the village’s dedication and grants the school the support it needs. As snow falls gently, the three friends reflect on the journey that brought them together again.
The film ends with Rancho, Farhan, Raju, and Pia standing beneath handmade lanterns, realizing that friendship, kindness, and courage remain the true gifts of the season.
